Chloe strives to inspire young musicians to pursue their dreams in the music industry. She offers a vast program with not only one on one lessons but choir, band, and ensemble programs. Chloe works closely with teachers and parents to ensure students excel and reach their goals.
DO STUDENTS NEED THEIR OWN INSTRUMENT AND HOW DO I PURCHASE ONE?
It is advised that students purchase an instrument, however there are instruments that can be loaned for a small period to ensure the student has selected the right instrument for them. It is advised that students seek advice off their teacher to ensure they purchase the correct instrument.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO MY LESSON?
If students cannot attend their lesson and provide 24 hours’ notice, a catch-up lesson will be arranged. If a time cannot be arranged, the lesson fee will carry over to the next term as a credit. If students do not wish to continue any credits on their account will not be refunded
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED FOR LESSONS?
All students will be provided access to online resources when commencing lessons. Students with portable instruments such as guitars or ukuleles will be required to bring these instruments to lessons. Students learning the guitar and ukulele are recommended to bring a pick, capo, tuner and strap.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY LESSON?
If students miss their lesson unfortunately the lesson fee cannot be refunded. Often teachers arrange for a catch up lesson but if a time cannot be arrange the lesson fee will not be credited.

MISSED LESSONS
If students are unable to attend lessons and provide 24 hours notice, a time for catch up lessons will be provided, no missed lesson fee will occur. All attempts will be made to find a suitable time, if a time cannot be arranged, the lesson fee will carry over to the next term as a credit. If students do not provide adequate notice of a minimum of 24 hours, the lesson fee will be forfeited.
Inappropriate, disrespectful and dangerous behaviour or consistent failure to follow instruction by either student or parental guardian can result in early termination of lessons at the teacher's discretion. Lesson fees will not be refunded if such situation occurs.
LESSON PAYMENTS
Upon commencement of lessons, correct billing and contact information must be provided. Accounts will be sent out at the commencement of each term and fees will be paid before lessons can start. Credits will carry over from term to term. Commitment to lessons is agreed to be on a term-by-term basis. Students wishing to end their lessons will be required to provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice prior to the end of the term. Please be advised payment can be made by either direct transfer or cash.
